Daily Walking Vlog #3 | Jewelchic’s Fitness Challenge

It’s time to get serious about my health. Clean bill of health or not. I’m fat, slow and uncomfortable. I have no excuse for remaining this way. I am healthy and virile. I can’t wait to see my body in all its slim glory. I am imagining it now. As a matter of fact, I am about to have a guy photoshop me the body of my dreams. So, I can print it and look at it everyday! :) Yes! So exciting! I’m excited!

Daily Walking Vlog #2 | Jewelchic Fitness Challenge

Whooo, I reveal my plan to publish a book. That’s nothing new. I’ve revealed that plan many times before. But staying positive. I’m focusing this 100 Days on just that thing. I am consistent. I am consistent. I am consistent. I’m going to make myself a 1 hour meditation track that says just that! If I get that thing down, then there are no limits!  It would mean publishing my book, sticking to exercising and my diet. Oooo, I’m definitely making that track!

I’ve decided to work out more. I’m sitting at home, so instead of sitting on the computer all day. I’m going to work out and prepare food more. Then when I’m on the computer, I’ll be forced to be more focused, because I have to get some rest with all of the working out.

100 Day LOA Shift Challenge Starts May 15th!

It’s time to make this shift to published author. I’ve been back and forth, because of fears and inner beliefs. During this 100 Days I am going to make a shift in my life in a few areas that all are focused on getting the book published. I am going to take the rest of the day to plan my 100 days. Learning what needs to be done to publish the book and splitting everything up from 30 – 100 days. I’m not sure how long the process will take yet.
